Balayage appointments typically run 4-6 hours depending on your hair's length, density, and how much lightening is involved. We'll give you an accurate estimate during consultation. We recommend clearing your schedule so you're never rushed. This is your time.

We prioritize the integrity of your hair at every step, treating it before, during and after.  We assess your hair's condition before beginning and choose products and techniques accordingly. If your hair isn't ready for your vision safely, we will tell you and build a plan to get you there.

Come in with clean, dry hair, washed within the last 24–48 hours. Avoid heavy styling products like dry shampoo, oils, or serums as these interfere with colour application.

We start every appointment with a thorough consultation precisely to prevent this. But if something isn't right, let us know right away, most things are easy to fix.  Your satisfaction is our priority, always.

Balayage every 5 to 6 months, toning every 2 months, root touch-ups every 4–6 weeks. Your stylist will give you a personalised maintenance plan at the end of your appointment so you always know when to rebook.

It depends on your hair length and thickness (longer, thicker hair requires more time and product) and the complexity of your transformation. Some services naturally involve more work than others.

For example:
• Corrective colour (like removing box dye) requires additional steps and care.
• A full dark-to-blonde transformation is a bigger undertaking and priced accordingly.
• A dimensional, lived-in look can often be achieved with less product and time, bringing the cost down.

We're confident we can achieve any look you desire, and you'll always know your exact price before we begin. Your stylist will walk you through everything at the start of your appointment so there are absolutely no surprises.

We have a 48 hour cancelation policy. Meaning, any appointment cancelled within 48 hours, or a no show, is subject to a 50% charge of the starting price of your service. For example, if you miss a balayage appointment, and the starting price for that colourist is $450, you will be charged 50% of $450, which is $225.
